Stronghold is the castle simulation and siege warfare RTS game Stronghold. Stronghold II isnt quite as good as stronghold 1, but is still actaully a pretty good game. The Story and graphics are good and I really enjoyed the campaign. Stronghold deft mix of economic, building, and combat challenges makes it one of the best strategy games of the year. Simulated siege warfare is always exciting, especially when the graphics are tuned enough to communicate the particular brand of chaos and action inherent in medieval conflict. In this game, the best offense really is a good defense. Make your castle an impregnable fortress, and you can take your time preparing sorties against the enemy.

Stronghold 2 Is a great game. Manages to provide an engaging combination of simulated medieval warfare and peasant life. Neither the Real Time Strategy style combat nor the castle sim elements of the game live. Stronghold 2 also offers players a castle life campaign, enhanced multiplayer capability and a new, innovative and exciting single player campaign. For those who eat, sleep, and live strategic defense design and implementation, Stronghold should be number one. The campaign is engaging, there is a lot to do in free build. Games is hard and challenging mission better than crusader, but multiplayer went back a bit. This is still tied with the original Stronghold 1 for being the best in the series.

Stronghold 2 is one of my favourite games and is a must have for strategy enthusiasts. Definitely recommend to download this if you're looking for years upon years of entertainment. I am huge fan of strategy games and of empire building games. Stronghold 2 does a really good job of balancing the aspects of gameplay and warfare. One of the best RTS games I've played. I would really love to give this game a better rating, because there are some aspects to the new version that I rather enjoy.

A great cross between an RTS game and a sim providing more realism. Stronghold 3 has a very addictive and fun gameplay. Stronghold 3 is the long awaited sequel to Stronghold 1, the original castle sim. Stronghold 3 is packed full of gameplay content offered in a variety of game modes. Amazing story with beautiful campaign. Beautiful castle building, fun army building and very nice graphics. Stronghold 3 starts off after Stronghold 1, essentially skipping what is the terrible tales of Stronghold 2. The gameplay is much better than Stronghold 2 and the units are much cleaner. With improved voice acting and better cinematic. Stronghold 3 creates a story which really revives the series.

A good and fun game. In Stronghold 3 players will need to gather resources for building structures, creating weapons to train armed units, and produce enough food to support the populus. Free build has awesome settings to customize weather and attacks from enemies. Beautiful graphics and animations. It is better in almost every way except there are no enemies in the free build mode. It seems like there is a different developer for every Stronghold game. The first one was awesome. Stronghold 3 was amazing. Stronghold was a masterpiece that will never, ever be reached. Stronghold 3 is better than playing Stronghold, because it is a great series.

This is a game you must play for yourself to truly appreciate the ambitions never fully realized due to it's great state at release. Great game, The best I've played in years. I personally think this game is a fun game with an incredible campaign. If you can get past all the deficits the game offers, and instead just enjoy the game for its story then it is a blast to play. In my opinion Stronghold 3 is fun and you can enjoy this game for hours. I strongly recommend this game.

Stronghold HD is a classic real time strategy game with a focus on replayability, base building management. Stronghold is a very good game. The game incorporates much more building and than a traditional RTS, yet allows for a more intense combat experience than city builders. An oldschool Real Time Strategy focused on resource management, Stronghold is probably still one of the most accurate castle simulations you'll find. More focus is given to castle management than elemination of enemy units. The military campaign is particularly well paced and challenging when played on Normal or higher. A level editor, freebuilding and multiplayer mode to explore. Great replayability.

This game is absolutely amazing. Still an amazing game after all this time. It's a good game and can keep you on your pc for ages, but i feel that when you have completed the campaigns. If you like to build castles you should definitely download this game. One of my all time favourite,! Its a very good.

Such a great RTS and nothing will ever beat it. Is the best real-time strategy game I have ever played, and I would even go to say it rivals more mainstream RTS games like Starcraft 2.

An excellent and very addictive game from the age of traditional strategy. If you like games where you can build a town, defend it and conquer other towns, then this game is perfect. It is an acquired taste to the casual gamer however once the basics are understood, it is easy to understand why this game is truly a timeless classic. It's Age of Empires II, the best game of the series. It's still as addicting and fun as it has always been. I reccomend this game for those who like fun, strategic games. Its a little old, but still quite funny and such a good game.

Company of Heroes is a real-time strategy game. Much like other World War 2 video game stories. Beautiful graphics, great video transfer, a long campaign, smart opponents, can only praise is a great word. The game provides one of the most authentic experiences I have ever gotten on a World War 2 RTS game. It has excellent game mechanics, great graphics that aged really well. It's single player campaign attempts to be emotional. Very fun multiplayer. Amazing story campaign, I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in historical accurate units and settings. This game pits you in multiple campaigns containing missions from anything from full-on armored convoy ambushes, stealth missions, to delivering supplies to a certain location.

Everything in this game is both good against certain things, and weak against others which makes this incredibly balanced. Great game an RTS. The combat is pretty detailed factoring in weapon types, cover, and unit placement. The game looks great. The pace is great, and the WWII setting is beautiful. Well Company of Heroes took the WW2 setting and built a fantastic, modern RTS around it. What they made is easily one of the best RTS games ever, and maybe even the best game set in WW2. I remember when World War 2 games were king back in the old Medal of Honor. Beautifully crafted mechanics and an attention to detail make this game phenomenal.

The game is transformed a bit into an action game instead of strategy by focusing on generally one unit. It's not bad, but it's not as enjoyable as the regular game. Very recommened for all RTS fans it's just a breathtaking game, perfectly made, WW2 setting is stunning. Tales of Valor is still a worthwhile investment for fans and completionists while still offering interplay ability.

Opposing Fronts is a great expansion that adds a lot of replayability to the original game by adding new factions, new units, new Campaign and a ton of improvements. Basics of rts games are chanllenging Keeping a group of soldier alive, defending an area or bulding, extending the boundaries. Introduced a kind of cover system for your squads, very fun single player campaign.

A good addon to the Company of Heroes franchise. Great game, that took a little getting my arse kicked to work out the kinks, and fully enjoy. Very good multiplayer, took me a long time to work a strategy from the new battle groups, with their strengths and weaknesses. Could be a little better balanced but if you fancy a challenge in multiplayer, hit up the British, we like a challenge. If you want to survive in multiplayer you must get this game otherwise your whermacht will be screwed by British artillery that can fire at your base from the other end of the map.

Great game many hours spent with my friends. If you're looking for multiplayer be warned. Otherwise one of my favorite games. I recommended this game If you interested in World War II or challeging rts games. If you liked CoH, you'll like this. On an overall level, Opposing Fronts delivers, but if you are new to the franchise.

Company of Heroes 2 is shining example of what an RTS game should be a mix of classic mechanics with new features and technology.

Really like this game, it's content is awesome and has a nice accent in the commanding. This game is great. The amount of content in this game is huge compared to other RTS games. This game has an immense variety of ways to play from the campaigns, to theatre of war, to the exciting multiplayer. The campaign also feels fresh and the missions offer a great variety of tactics and strategy, with very few missions being too similar. Units are amazing and multiplayer is always a blast. Fun game with great story line and graphics, every little detail was included and the produces.

Company of Heroes 2 is a great addition to any strategy gamer's library. If your a FAN of RTS this is one of the best ones around. It plays well, looks great and feels authentic when you play it. Overall I highly recommend this. If you enjoy a good RTS, you would do well to check this out. If yes this is your game download and start playing.
