It feel like they just made it up as they went along. Half Life 2 is very average game. The game is a very linear shooter with very little deviation from the main path. Only to collect ammo which is everywhere so it doesn't matter.

Half Life 2 is FPS perfection. Nothing gets better than this. For a game the graphics are astounding. The interaction in-game characters have with you and facial movement is remarkable. The shooting is back and better than ever. Half-Life 2 is an excellent single player story driven first person shooter of the highest quality. Even having been out for a few years its production values shine through in every aspect of the game. Be it the tight shooter controls, the well thought out level design, the story moments or the pioneering physics based environmental puzzles the game maintains its ability to entertain like few others.

Graphics Half-Life 2 are stunning and the storyline keeps being as interesting as a well-written tv series. I personally got bored very soon by the hovercraft levels but that's just one subjective flaw among innumerable actual merits. Simply incredible. Half-Life 2 throws you out into action and never lets back. Graphics, physics and character animations are absolutely incredible for a game.

Its not just side scrolling run and gun action though, certain segments of the game turn into top down vertical shoot'em ups and side scrolling shoot'em ups.

The local coop will keep you coming back for more, however the single player campaign is pretty short, five levels, each one taking about twenty minutes to complete. I'd still recommend you pick Metal Slug up, as I really enjoyed my time, and the option to play on even harder difficulties will add to the replayability. I really enjoyed Metal Slug Collection. I never played it on the arcade back in the day.

There's no wonder the Metal Slug series is legendary. They play really well and take an old concept. The graphics are just phenomenal, especially the animation and attention to detail. A lot like MarioKart in the sense of maximum enjoyment is dependent to access of friends for co-op play. Single-player is fun. This is arguably the greatest arcade game ever created.

Probably much more. still feels like classic game, really rewarding and has modern aspects. I have always enjoyed the Metal Slug Genre will continue to play. Fantastic shooter with a great story. FEAR is one of the few games that can actually scare you, especially if you play alone at night in the dark. A very good balance between, interesting story, challenging NPC, and the startle factor of a good horror based FPS. The story is fast paced, making FEAR an exciting, fun game I enjoyed playing. The graphics are old, but still decent on highest settings. The battlesystem is nice, with great AI behaviour, though enemies are a bit more challlenging. There are a lot of surprises in terms of enemy spawning, which adds up for a nice challenge. This is easily one of the best FPS of all time.

FEAR is the perfect FPS but these many qualities are undeniable. The game has fairly good pacing, and a reasonable difficulty curve with various little spikes of difficulty. It's very rare to get a game that actually tries to scare you psychologically. If you like FPS titles, you like your games pretty, and you like to be scared, then F.E.A.R. is right up your alley.

Red Faction Armageddon is a suprisingly good game. Red Faction Armageddon would be a damn near perfect game. Red Faction Armageddon is a very unique game. The gameplay is very solid, you have bunch of very different weapons at your disposal. The aesthetics are great, with absolutely fantastic environmental destruction depending on what weapon you use. The characters is fantastic, and the replayability just because of that is very high. Red Faction games in general have a unique style and feeling that creates a very familiar, yet fun and creative experience for everyone individually. Straight and linear shooter without any downs. Fun fast paced shooting action, 3rd person, and nice looking game.

This game was alot of fun. Graphics looks good. Gameplay is unique. Sounds are cool, fun to play and full of action. Main characters and supporting characters in story are good designed. Still a good shooter with the destructable enviorments that you would expect from the series. The story is passable. The style is much too different. This game is nothing like Red Faction Guerrilla. It's a rather decent game with the physics and destruction being improved, some very nice weapons and fairly challenging difficulty. In fact it's much better then any of the new blockbusters. This game feels very different game to the rest of the red faction games.

Very fun. Best Game to destroy everything. It was still A great experience and fun to play. This is a definite must download for any fans of 3rd person shooters. If you want to experience something new this is the game for you. If you enjoyed the first game's structure or like linear shooters in general fun to be had here. if you are a fan of the series, like third person action shooters, and environment destructibility, then you will really, really enjoy this game. Overall, Red Faction Armageddon is a game that grows on you.

Alan Wake's American Nightmare is a game that folluws up on the succesfull Alan Wake. Can be considered a short sequel to the first Alan Wake game as it picks up directly after The Signal and The Writer episodes. Pretty good storyline, interesting enemies. Other then the narrirator its a pretty good game. The story mode it self begins very enjoyable but the point that the story and surrounding repeats three times in a row destroys the whole fun. The graphics were good and it ran very well plus the story was decent. The combat is miles improved from Alan Wake, the graphics are outstanding. Alan Wake's American Nightmare is a nice addition to its predecessor.

The gameplay is very similar to the first title but this time it has a more arcady feel to it. The story of original game was a line of six episodes that kept you wandering of what was going to happen next. Alan Wake's American Nightmare is an excellent game, which will surely whet the appetite of fans of the original for the sequel. Alan Wake's American Nightmare provides us with a new story and an arcade mode. It is the arcade mode that stands out and makes us want to play the game over and over. Amazing standalone DLC in the Alan Wake franchise. This was a fun little time waster but not near as good as the original Alan Wake game.

If you enjoyed Alan Wake, this sequel is great fun. Just take your time to explore the areas and listen to the dialogue for a more detailed understanding of Alan Wake's world. If you are thinking about playing either, Alan Wake is a better introduction to the series. I recommend this game to everyone who enjoyed 1st Alan Wake.
